Steven Tice, CCIM

Steven is a licensed commercial real estate broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with Mortice Commercial Real Estate, a company he founded to serve the Piedmont of North Carolina. He assists buyers and sellers with commercial and investment properties across various sectors, such as retail, restaurant, warehouse, industrial, and land. Steven has a strong background in business, marketing, and entrepreneurship, having graduated from UNC Charlotte and co-founded several ventures across different industries. He is a member of the Cabarrus Chamber board, the Cabarrus Arts Council board, Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors Site Index Board (Treasurer), a mentor with the Flywheel Foundation, a member of various professional associations, and a lifelong resident of the region. Steven also served on the Concord Board of Adjustment for 6 years. He leverages his extensive knowledge, network, and passion for development and growth to help his clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. When not working, Steven enjoys DIY Projects, gardening, and traveling.
