Steve Stollman formed KC Multifamily, LLC, to be a brokerage firm that specializes in the sale of multifamily properties in Kansas and Missouri. He was previously the Team Leader for Cushman & Wakefield's Multifamily Advisory Group in Kansas City. KC Multifamily offers a client-focused, advisory approach to help sellers balance timing, market and tax concerns while delivering a best-in-class client experience. The company will leverage both local and national market information and relationships to create the greatest potential value for each transaction. Steve has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage, financing and corporate real estate. He has also served as a senior asset manager for one of the highest rated servicers of CMBS loans where he resolved a broad array of asset matters across the country (including multifamily loan assumptions, defeasance transactions and transfers of ownership.
