Steven Roth

Steven represents landlords and tenants throughout the State of Ohio focusing on lease negotiations, site selection, investment sales, valuations, market analysis, property management, marketing and disposition. Projects cover freestanding buildings, strip centers, office buildings, malls, industrial buildings and land. Steven represented numerous financial institutions, both locally and nationally, in the management and disposition of their real estate. Before joining Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Group in 2008, Steven managed a mortgage banking office for Prime Lending and worked as a regional sales manager for Fifth Third Bank and Metropolitan Bank and Trust. Also, his real estate auction background from the S&L crisis days has given him unique perspective in today’s challenging environment.
