Steven Pressler

Steve Pressler joined Resolution Real Estate Partners as an Executive Vice President of the Asset Management division. Prior to joining Resolution, Steve was a Principal at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, where he oversaw the leasing and management of office, showroom, and retail properties throughout New York City, as well as investment sales and consulting. Steve has over three decades of NYC commercial real estate experience. Previously, he was the co-founder and Senior Managing Director of Promenade Real Estate Corp., where he shared responsibility of overseeing multiple office properties throughout Manhattan. Steve has worked with several prominent landlords during his career, such as APF Properties, Blackstone, DG Anlage, DZ Bank, First Pioneer Properties, GAFISA (USA), Jeff Sutton, Meadow Partners, SL Green Realty Corp., Western Heritable Management, and The Witkoff Group. Current assignments include: 720 Fifth Avenue, 724 Fifth Avenue, 174 Broadway, 530 Broadway, 764 Madison Avenue, 799 Madison Avenue, 803 Madison Avenue, 824 Madison Avenue, 15 West 44th Street, and 22 East 49th Street. Steve represented DZ Bank at 609 Fifth Avenue and arranged a sale/leaseback of the property to Jeff Sutton. He, along with Jeff Sutton, leased a 42,000-square-foot retail space to American Girl. This transaction received the Most Creative Retail Deal Award from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Steve is a member of REBNY and sits on the Plaza District & Building Agent Rental Committees. Steve holds a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
