Steven Nussbaum is the President of Pasbjerg succeeding his father Fred who founded the company. Steven joined the company full time in 1980. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia University as well as a CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation from the ICSC. Steven is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
