Steven Marcussen

Steven E. Marcussen has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years, having worked for Cushman Realty Corporation when the firm merged with Cushman & Wakefield. He has represented some of the country’s most respected institutions and developers in the sale of properties, and is responsible for negotiating two of the largest lease transactions (square footage and aggregate value) in Southern California history.
