President, Steve Maddox Founder Steve Maddox began his real estate career in 1979, quickly closing multi-million dollar transactions including sales of residential developments and commercial offices, hotels, shopping centers and franchised enterprises. By 1985, Maddox had expanded his operations to include management of both residential and commercial property, with property management renovations and turnarounds at a 100% success rate. Maddox was also recognized as a founding member of the National Association of REALTORS® Property Management Section.
