ABOUT
Steve has over 20 years of real estate and senior housing investment experience. Steve has been involved in over $1B of acquisitions, complex financing projects (traditional and HUD) and asset management. Prior to joining Two Bridge, Steve was a Managing Director with Barrow Street Capital LLC, a sponsor of opportunistic real estate private equity funds, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of firm’s complex opportunistic investments with a capitalization in excess of $2.5 billion. Prior to Barrow Street, Steve served as a senior accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
