Steven Lazerus grew up in San Diego, and took an interest early on in Real Estate observing his family run a successful brokerage in Rancho Santa Fe, California. After graduating from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business Real Estate Program and working over a decade in the lending sector for Fortune 500 companies, Steven realized his dream by founding Lazerus Properties in 2018. Steven currently manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of properties for his clients, and his brokerage has closed hundreds of transactions for residential and commercial properties including lending.
