Steven Henenfeld

With over 25 years of retail leasing experience in South Florida, Steven serves as Executive Managing Director of Retail Services with Colliers International Miami – Brickell. In this role, Steven oversees the leasing of retail properties throughout the south Florida region, working closely with institutional, private equity, and local clients who seek to market and lease retail space, negotiate lease contracts, and sell outparcels. Steven has played an instrumental role in the redevelopment and lease-up of the Country Club Plaza in Miami, Miller Square Shopping Center in West Kendall, and the transformation of the mixed-use project, Downtown Dadeland into an East Kendall culinary destination. Steven has also represented major South Florida retail centers including: Weston Lakes Plaza and Weston Road Shopping Center in Weston, Kendall Place in Miami, Jacaranda Plaza, and Plantation Walk, a 27-acre mixed use development in Plantation. Steven has been a CoStar power broker several times.
