Steven Heiser

Capping a thirty (30) year career in commercial real estate, Steve Heiser joined SVN Wilson Commercial (SVN) in April, 2015. In joining SVN, Steve is re-uniting with Doug Wilson and Tim Treasure, two brokers with whom he has worked previously to help create a Columbus brokerage firm of unmatched depth and experience. In recent years, Steve has focused on representing office owners in the buying, selling, and leasing of their properties, and als ooccasionally representing office tenants in their leasing endeavors. Some of his most recent transactions include the sale of three different office buildings near downtown Columbus, finding new space for a Dublin professional services firm, and selling an office building for a local construction company who had outgrown their building, and finding them a new headquarter’s building. When not with his family or at work, Steve is active in the Columbus Realtors’ Commercial Real Estate Section, having been Past Chairman of the Commercial Advisory Board, is active in Columbus Rotary, having been a recent Past President of the Club, and sits on the board of the Columbus Jewish Foundation. His vast real estate knowledge gained in representing numerous real estate clients in Central Ohio allows him to offer a wealth of experience from both a broker’s and owner’s perspective. This experience comes from Steve having been a real estate developer, a property manager, and a mortgage broker during his commercial real estate career. Steve conducts his real estate business according to his business motto: Knowledge, Strategy, Execution, trying to use that path to find his clients the best possible solution for their real estate needs.
