Steven Hansen

Steven Hansen is an Associate, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Steven joined Surmount in 2024 and currently focuses on representing developers, private investors, 1031 exchange buyers and large multi-unit franchisee operators primarily in the southwest. Steven has a diverse real estate background and over a decade of experience. He has consistently helped clients maximize their portfolio value. Prior to working with the Surmount, Steven worked at a commercial real estate brokerage in Phoenix, Arizona where he represented regional and national credit tenants as well as build-to-suit developers. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Steven currently lives in Hoboken, New Jersey.
