Steven is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with nearly three decades of experience, currently serving as a Commercial Landlord Executive at Groupe Shapiro since 2016. His role involves overseeing leasing strategies and asset performance across a diverse portfolio, leveraging his extensive background in landlord representation and tenant negotiations. Before joining Groupe Shapiro, Steven spent over eight years at RioCan REIT, where he held several senior leadership positions including AVP, Senior Director, and Director of Leasing, driving leasing success across major assets in the Montreal market.
