Steve, a Boise native, began his brokerage career in 2008 after spending thirty-five years in the residential construction and development business. He has spent the last 13 years as a commercial real estate broker and Property Manager in the Treasure Valley. He successfully uses his construction, development, and negotiating background to help clients navigate some of the complexities that can arise during a transaction. Steve is focused on finding solutions that are “win-win” to all involved and prides himself on doing what is right by his client and doing it well. Steve has great experience in land, office, retail, and property management and is always looking for the next opportunity to meet new clients and build expertise. He is passionate about Boise, the State of Idaho and the outdoor activities and enjoyments that this unique City and State offers. When not in the office, Steve, and his wife of 48 years, their 2 grown children and six grand-kids spend the weekends enjoying this great community we live in and prosper.
