Steve Wilson

Steve joined SVN | Imperial Realty in 2016 and brings more than 40 years of business development experience across multiple industries. He specializes in multifamily investment sales and helps business and property owners develop strategic exit plans designed to maximize asset value and support long-term financial goals. He also advises clients in land, industrial, hospitality, retail, and office transactions. Based in Bucks County, Steve serves clients throughout Pennsylvania, with a focus on the Lehigh Valley and Greater Philadelphia markets. He works closely with property owners and investors to maximize value through strategic planning, investment analysis, targeted marketing, and skilled negotiation. Steve combines commercial real estate expertise with exit planning and wealth-preservation strategies to help clients make informed investment and disposition decisions aligned with their long-term objectives. He holds a BS in Mineral Economics from Penn State University and an MBA in Marketing from Lehigh University. Steve is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) through the Exit Planning Institute and a Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) through the National Association of Real Estate Advisors. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing and skiing and volunteers as an Alpine Patroller with the National Ski Patrol.
