Steve Weinstein

Steve Weinstein joined Colliers in the summer of 2024 as an associate, specializing in representing owners and occupiers of retail real estate in leasing and sales transactions. Steve collaborates closely with our seasoned retail team, including Executive Vice Presidents George Fox and Ned Brooks, Senior Vice President Tyler Brooks, and Associate Ben Clarke. Before joining Colliers, Steve graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He began his career as a Business Analyst at Insure Workforce, where he developed extensive expertise in prospecting, market research, and data analysis. Subsequently, he worked in the brokerage division at S.L. Nusbaum Realty in Norfolk, VA, where he gained comprehensive experience across the retail, office, and industrial sectors. Steve's interest in real estate was sparked during a summer internship with HRACRE while in college. A lifelong native of Hampton Roads, Steve was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, and is a graduate of Norfolk Academy. He enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, boating, playing basketball, and pushing the limits in Ironman triathlons and ultramarathon endurance sports. Steve is also dedicated to philanthropy, having engaged in charitable efforts for the Adaptive Training Foundation, a nonprofit gym providing cost-free services to traumatically wounded, ill, and injured veterans and first responders.
