Steve Tobias is a 39 year veteran in commercial real estate sales and leasing. He has represented regional tenants such as Burton Lumber, Taco Time, Arctic Circle, and Great Clips. He served 15 years as Vice President at Bach Corporations and oversaw the company's land acquisition and entitlement of several large residential subdivisions and 1800 units of apartments in four western states that totaled a portfolio value of over $450,000,000. He has also served for many years as the Utah Regional Director for KW Commercial and was the 2014 Salt Lake Board of Realtors recipient "Commercial Realtor of the Year". He currently specializes in industrial and multifamily investment sales.
