Steve Tinetti has been an active REALTOR for over 46 years, having started his career in Merced real estate in April of 1974. His positions within many of our community organizations include: Director for the California Association of Realtors (CAR), Past President of Merced County Association of Realtors (MCAR), and served as the chairman for several committees within MCAR. Steve also has several professional designations including Graduate of Realtors Institute and Real Estate Certificate Institute. Steve Tinetti's years of experience have led him through consulting, managing, developing, appraisal, brokerage sales and leasing, exchanging and investment analysis. He has also presented expert witness testimony in Merced County Superior Court.
