Steve’s 2021 transactions totaled over $80M, including over 700,000 SF of office sales. Steve’s primary focus is developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans. In addition to structuring and negotiating office leases, Steve’s expertise is assisting with the acquisition and disposition of leased properties.
