Thirty-five years of being a top-producing Commercial Real Estate Broker in San Diego County; past experience includes 13 years as director of acquisitions, marketing, and leasing for two Mid-Size San Diego Developers, Caster Enterprises and Mult-Tech Properties. He went on to be vice president of Elkins and Zirpolo Brokerage for the following two and a half years. Steve then, in 2003, started his brokerage, Commercial Properties Services, a niche firm specializing in both Buyer and Tenant Representation, including a specialty in handling acquisitions and dispositions of retail Triple Net Properties nationwide. Steve has successfully completed 1000s of sales and lease transactions over the past 35 years; the estimated value of those transactions is well over 1/2 billion dollars. Steve prides himself on providing focused attention, protecting his clients' interests, offering a broad range of market knowledge, negotiating transaction terms adeptly, and being very responsive to clients, whether they are individuals or local, regional, or national corporations.
