Steve Reynolds one of IPRG’s Founding Partners oversees investment sales focused on emerging markets throughout the outer Boroughs (Northeast & Central Brooklyn, Northwestern Queens, & The Bronx). Specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, & developments sites ranging in value between $1,000,000 – $50,000,000. Steve and his team are a sought-after source of market intelligence to help clients maximize return on their investments. Responsible for numerous price records and a recipient of the prestigious “30 Under 30” Commercial Observer Award, Steve has closed more than 200 investment sales transactions with an aggregate value of more than $550,000,000. Before joining IPRG, Reynolds was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he received numerous awards, including the 2014 Rising Star Award. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ with his wife and Italian Greyhound.
