Steve Pellessier

Steve is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and has been with Property One Inc. since 2001. He has a thorough knowledge of the local market, local players and local governmental agencies. Steve achieved his CCIM designation in 2001 and specializes in office and industrial leasing, build-to-suit and land transactions. He has completed approximately 1,000 commercial transactions during his time with Property One while dealing with a wide range of entities including some of the largest companies in the world down to the smallest startups. Steve loves outdoor sports including hunting, fishing, camping and horseback riding. He is especially fond of raising, training and hunting his own line of Brittany bird dogs. Steve won the Property One Agent of the Year Award in 2004, 2011, 2012, 2013 and received an honorable mention in 2005. This award is given to the agent with the highest production each year. Steve is married to Beth and has three sons, Rene, Stephen, and Doug.
