Steven Pandos
Stephen is responsible for capital relationships and acquisitions at Insite. Stephen is a twenty-five-year real estate investment professional having co-founded two real estate investment funds and held investment committee and Board responsibilities. Stephen co-founded the Coventry Real Estate Fund, an investment vehicle that invests in net leased real estate assets focusing on sub-investment grade and sponsor-backed companies. Stephen also was a co-founder and Managing Director of Columbus Nova Acquisition Group (CRAG) that was the manager of Real Estate Funds I & II. The funds invest in net leased real estate focusing on sub-investment grade and sponsor-backed companies, value-add distribution properties in port cities in the southeast, and student housing. Columbus Nova also managed separate account relationships for institutional real estate investors in net leased assets. Stephen was also a court-appointed advisor in the winddown of a hedge fund in a cross-border bankruptcy and ultimate liquidation of real estate via a 363 auction.
