Steve Nichols
Steve obtained a BS Degree at Oklahoma State University and continued his studies at Wake Forest University in the Babcock Graduate School of Management where he earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction. He graduated at the top of his class and was designated a Babcock Scholar. During his 30+ years in the real estate industry, he has been responsible for development efforts that have produced over $100mil worth of new development projects. He has leased and/or managed all types of real estate including commercial office buildings, shopping centers and single-family homes. His education, training and background of service, in addition to 30+ years’ experience in commercial real estate has uniquely qualified him to serve as a real estate development partner. He draws from all his experiences in offering services that are exceptional in client relationships and retention.
