
Steve brings more than fifteen years of local retail market experience to Colliers. At his previous company he represented retail investment sales and leasing. Prior to that he served as a commercial leasing and sales agent as well as senior property manager for a local boutique company which he joined after graduating college. As a property manager he oversaw day-to-day operations of retail shopping centers across Southern Nevada as well as numerous major projects including shopping center redevelopment, rebuilds, and new construction. Steve is experienced with all aspects of retail brokerage, from being on both sides of investment sales and leasing (including a well-balanced Landlord/Tenant Rep portfolio), as well as Special User Representation, which includes commercial property development.
