Steve Mallory

With 25 years of business experience, Steve is new to active brokerage services but brings extensive expertise in real estate, particularly in new home construction and consulting. Throughout his career, Steve has held significant roles, including serving as Executive Vice-President for one of the Piedmont's largest custom, scattered-site builders. He holds a B.S. in Management Accounting from Park University. Steve's strong background in working with contracts and managing the numerous details involved in real estate transactions ensures that every client’s experience is handled with care and professionalism. Having lived in the Statesville area for the past 11 years, Steve has built homes and worked in a variety of counties, gaining a deep understanding of the local market. A devoted father of two daughters and twin boys, Steve lives by a personal mission to put people first and lead with honor, service, and thankfulness. Grateful for the many blessings in his life, Steve is eager to share his knowledge and help others.
