Steve Levitas

Stephen M. Levitas joined Colliers International in the company’s Office Advisory Group in January 2005. Prior to that, Levitas spent seven years in the downtown Chicago office of The John Buck Company. Mr. Levitas has completed transactions totaling over 3,000,000 SF and has focused on all aspects of tenant representation including lease negotiation, market research, financial analysis and site selection. In 2004, he played a significant role in completing transactions totaling 637,000 square feet valued at more than $250 million. His clients include Jenner & Block, Nuveen Investments, Sara Lee, Schiff Hardin LLP, McGuireWoods LLP, and The Northern Trust Company. Mr. Levitas has participated on several build-to-suit projects involving site selection, incentives negotiation, construction budgeting and project management. Steve also specializes in projects involving data centers, call/disaster recovery centers, switch sites, network operation centers and other mission critical facilities. Civic Involvement: Central Division Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Chicago.
