Steve Henry

Steve Henry has been a member of Newmark Knight Frank's Palo Alto office since 2002 and currently serves as an executive managing director. Mr. Henry specializes in the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley real estate market. He focuses on representing tenants and landlords in the sale and leasing of office and R&D properties as well as investment sales related to development sites. Based in Palo Alto, Mr. Henry has a commanding knowledge of the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley real estate market and has successfully brokered more than 500 lease and sale transactions, totaling in excess of $1 billion in consideration. Mr. Henry has been one of Newmark Knight Frank's Top 10 Producers for Northern California several times. In 2003, he was named Rookie of the Year by both Newmark Knight Frank and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).
