Steve Henderson

Steve Henderson joined Broderick Group in early 1999 after 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield. Focused primarily on industrial leasing and sales, including build to suit sales, Steve has been involved in many geographically pioneering transactions through the years as the industrial market moved north from the Eastside up the I-405 and I-5 corridors. Steve has represented many developers and users in start to finish development projects beginning with land acquisition, continuing through lease up and finally asset disposition. Steve grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in business.
