Steve Greenberg

Steven is a founding partner of Red Sky Capital and has spent the last 25 years redeveloping mixed-use, commercial and industrial properties throughout in Chicago’s West Loop and Near West Side. Steven leads the creative Red Sky team to build-to-suit properties to match a tenant’s unique specifications. Red Sky’s team is dedicated to designing vibrant spaces to meet the budgets and desired vision of its clients. Steven received a MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in International Relations from Boston University.
