Steve started his real estate career in 2003 in San Francisco. It was a seller’s market from 2003-2008 and Steve had a wonderful mentor and learned all the ins and outs of negotiating, structuring and managing the deal. He worked through the crash of 2008-12 and helped Wells Fargo move their REOs. In 2012, he started his own firm, Gordon Properties. In 2017, he decided to move to Sonoma County to be able to take advantage of more outdoor space and better schools for him and his young boys. After he moved to Sonoma County, he was fortunate to join Keegan and Coppin. When it comes to real estate, he’s most comfortable uncovering the opportunity, negotiating the deal on your behalf, and helping you get the best outcome possible. He works on industrial and multifamily opportunities.
