Steve has been active in commercial real estate in the Charlotte region since 1988. Steve is active in leasing and brokering commercial real estate including retail, office, and development sites. Prior to his involvement with the real estate brokerage business, Steve was employed by Stout-Beck and Associates as a commercial real estate appraiser. His experience in valuation of various property types, including shopping centers, apartments, complexes, office buildings, self storage facilities, marinas, and land lends a unique approach to his understanding of the commercial real estate business.
