Steve has over 33 years of commercial real estate experience. His emphases are retail and investment with a focus on development, landlord and tenant representation. He has partnered with numerous clients in the Midwest and manages multi-market accounts throughout the nation. Steve started his career at Rubenstein Real Estate, where he spent seven years. He then served as the Vice President of Retail Services at Grubb&Ellis/The Winbury Group for eight years prior to forming the Gasperi Group. Extensive experience in multi-market development and acquisition have led to opportunities to work with large, national companies. Still, he enjoys working with local business owners and is known for providing full service with a personal touch. His accomplishments include the leasing of over 4,000,000 square feet of retail space throughout the Midwest with a value of over $650 million. Steve is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds real estate licenses in Missouri and Kansas.
