Steve Ewing

Steve is a Principal with EDGE Realty Partners in Dallas. With over 26 years of retail real estate experience, Steve specializes in tenant representation, project leasing and land disposition services. He currently handles the leasing of over two million square feet of retail space throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In addition, he provides strategic planning and site selection for many national tenants such as Abuelo’s, AMC Theatres, Bottlecap Alley, Bubba’s 33, Costa Vida, Cotton Patch Cafe, Del Taco, First National Bank, Graham Brothers Entertainment, Honey Baked Ham Café, Kona Grill, Matchbox Food Group, Pizza Hut/Wing Street, Rosa’s Café, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, Ted’s Bulletin, Texas Roadhouse and TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy, among others. Prior to EDGE, Steve was Senior Vice President of Staubach Retail where he led the project leasing team for four years. In 2015 and 2016, he was honored as a D CEO Power Broker. Steve currently serves on the Collin College Foundation Board of Directors. He stays busy with his children Sydney, Raylee and Hudson and their numerous sporting activities. A University of Florida graduate and former member of the Gator football team, Steve bleeds orange and blue.
