
Mr. Duncan is a Principal at Singerman Real Estate (SRE) where he is responsible for both acquisition sourcing and overseeing all capital market activities of the firm. SRE is currently investing on behalf of SRE Opportunity Fund III, a $500MM vehicle. SRE is an opportunistic real estate investment firm that has deep experience executing complex transactions and unlocking embedded value through the ownership of properties, real estate loans and operating companies. SRE focuses on maximizing risk-adjusted returns through investments in both debt and equity across all major asset classes, including office, retail, hotel, and multifamily, in addition to secondary real estate asset classes, such as student housing and senior housing. Mr. Duncan previously worked at General Growth Properties and Big Rock Partners, LLC. Over his career he has led over $7 billion of transactions. Mr. Duncan graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in History and a minor in Economics and received his MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
