Steve Doran

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Real Estate & Finance; Steve immediately became involved in Retail Real Estate Brokerage. Most of his early career was spent with Mid America Real Estate Group in Milwaukee, WI. There he was engaged with several tenant representation assignments as well as numerous land assemblages for national “box-type” developments. In 2006 he co-founded the Madison, WI office of Lee & Associates and has helped catapult it into the largest commercial Real Estate broker house in the Madison area. Steve still remains focused on Retail Real Estate and Investment Sales. In addition, he has devoted a great amount of his efforts to growing new Lee & Associates offices to fulfill the company''s desire to double the size over the next five years. Steve most recently has been named a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) by ICSC, the only commercial real estate broker in Wisconsin to have earned such a designation.
