Steve specializes in Sales and Leasing activities serving a broad range of institutions, law firms, insurance companies, high-tech firms and many other services oriented industries. He has been a top producer since joining the firm in 1985 and has won many awards including the Annual CCIM Forecast competition for the office market and Griffin’s Top Producer Award in partnership with his associate J. Craig Kirkpatrick, SIOR. Steve and Craig’s partnership and unique team approach is widely respected throughout the commercial real estate industry. Steve is dedicated to providing exceptional service and positive results for his clients on a consistent basis. Steve is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) as well as the National Association of Realtors. Steve served as the President of MNCAR during 1996 and was instrumental in bringing the Commercial Exchange on-line via the Internet during 1996. Steve was also recognized as the Commercial Realtor of the Year in 1998 for his contributions to the industry and community involvement. Steve received the SIOR designation as an active office member with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
