Steve "Bogie" Bogoyevac, an executive managing director investments of Marcus & Millichap and founder of The Bogie Group, is a veteran apartment and 1031 exchange specialist of the Long Beach, South Bay, Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Bogie has brokered over $1.8 Billion of investment real estate across 750+ transactions and been awarded Marcus & Millichap’s South Bay/Long Beach Agent of the Year for 13 years. He has also been recognized as one of the firm's top producers, and his team has been repeatedly recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Broker Team of the Year. Steve has focused the majority of his 20-year career on multifamily properties and serves as an executive director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group.
