He specializes exclusively in Industrial & Office assets throughout Southern Nevada and was a member of the National Office and Industrial Division. After transitioning to Las Vegas from Southern California over a decade ago, Alvarez has spent most of his early commercial real estate career specializing in leasing Retail, Office, and Industrial Assets.
