As Senior Vice President, Steve Aldrich is responsible for business development, investment, and acquisition strategies across Hillwood's North Texas portfolio, including the 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development, ensuring North Texas remains a top destination for leading companies. Steve remains a crucial player in the development and growth of AllianceTexas—demonstrated by his range of expertise in developing both office and industrial speculative projects and build-to-suit solutions for some of the world’s largest corporations, including Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade, DynCorp International, FedEx, Textron, Marriott International, Amazon, LG Electronics, Grainger, Kiewit, and Walmart.com. Leveraging his diverse experience across industrial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality within Hillwood, Steve has been involved with more than 40 million square feet of development, build-to-suit, and leasing—representing well over $1 billion in aggregate value. Steve is involved with several professional organizations, including the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, The Real Estate Council, ULI, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties. Along with his professional involvement, Steve received the Young Citizen’s Award from NTCAR in 2006 and the Heavy Hitters Top Industrial Leasing Broker award from the Dallas Business Journal in 2008 and 2010.
