He has been involved in the sale of single assets, national portfolios, sale-leasebacks and zero cash flow transactions. Mr. Champ has completed more than 600 transactions valued more than $6 billion. He has been involved in the sale of more than 60 portfolios valued in excess of $3 billion and containing more than 400 properties in the last eight years. He has represented such clients as Principal Real Estate Investors, New York Life, CALSTERS, First Industrial Realty Trust, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management (formerly RREEF), Archon, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, AIC Ventures, L.P.,CIGNA and DRA Advisors.
