Sterling Bailey

Sterling Bailey is a founding partner and managing broker with The Summit Group. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. That same year, he obtained his Georgia real estate license. Sterling got his start as a commercial realtor in 1988 and contributed to the founding of The Summit Group in 1994. Sterling enjoys forming relationships with prospective real estate clients and customers. In his 30+ years of experience, he has found that commercial real estate transactions often lead to lasting relationships with local business professionals which creates a close-knit feel in the Middle Georgia community. Sterling is deeply involved in the community and has held roles with multiple groups and organizations both inside and outside of the real estate industry.
