Formally educated as a Mechanical Engineer at FDU, Stergios brings over a decade of practical experience as an estimator across both public and private sectors. Stergios has worked on large-scale commercial heating projects, including water tube boilers powering major buildings and super-heated steam generators servicing entire boroughs. For more than twenty years, Stergios has enforced HPD, DHRC, DOB, ECB, and other regulatory board requirements across the Noble Properties Real Estate portfolio, which includes mixed-use residential and commercial properties in Greenpoint.
