Stephen Wood

Having joined his father working at S.R. Wood & Son in 1989, Stephen is now the company Managing Director. Jovially, he often says that during this time in the industry, he has dealt with every commercial property in the town! Stephen’s many years of experience enables him to assist clients in commercial sales, lettings and acquisitions of all scales. In addition, Stephen is well-equipped with industry and market knowledge to advise clients through lease renewal and rent review negotiations. Some years ago, Stephen was presented a certificate by the Mayor of Luton for his ‘services to Luton and its business community’, which is proudly on show in the S.R. Wood & Son office.
