Stephen Sykes

Stephen Sykes is founder of Cascade Equity Group, a real estate developer and investor, co-founder of QuickDraw Lending, and Principal Broker of Cascade Commercial. In his role at Cascade Commercial Stephen seeks to leverage his experience in real estate investing and development for the benefit of clients and partners. He has acquired GP and LP positions in multiple projects across the Midwest and holds real estate Broker's licenses in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa. Cascade Commercial operates as a commercial real estate brokerage partner designed to assist a variety of clients including passive investors, real estate entrepreneurs, 401k and 1031 investors and top producing brokers. In his role at Cascade Equity Group, Stephen is lead sponsor, asset manager, and boots on the ground operator on multifamily syndication and ground up development projects across the Midwest.
