Stephen Somer
Office investment sales
Stephen Somer is based in CBRE’s West Los Angeles office and will join CBRE’s National Office Partners team, an institutionally focused office investment group comprising more than 60 dedicated professionals across 21 major markets. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Eastdil’s Los Angeles office, a position he held since 2003. Prior to that, he spent three years in London overseeing the firm’s European and Middle Eastern operations. Over the course of his 22-year tenure, he played a key role in numerous high-profile office and studio investment sales transactions in Los Angeles. His notable transactions include the sale of several prominent office, mixed-use, and campus landmarks throughout the city. His extensive client list includes many of the most prominent banks and investment institutions. In addition to his expertise in office and studio investment sales, he has also completed significant assignments in production studios, agriculture, and alternative infrastructure.
