Stephen Sexauer

My name is Stephen Sexauer (aka Real Estate Steve). I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and have lived in Costa Rica before making the beautiful Tampa Bay my home in 1986. My undergraduate degree is in Business Management from the University of Florida, and my professional licensing is from Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in St.Petersburg, FL. Since 1997, I have been involved in almost all aspects of real estate, from mortgage financing and real estate investing to providing the best service in helping my clients with their real estate sales and purchases. As an active real estate broker/owner & Realtor, mortgage broker, and real estate investor, I have earned 19 real estate designations and certifications. I truly enjoy working with my clients and educating them along the way, while helping them navigate the arduous process of buying and selling real estate. Most people know me to be experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, and passionate about real estate. Most importantly, everyone knows I am loyal and fully committed to my clients.
