Stephen Salloway
Heading the Company's Land and Development division, Stephen's main responsibilities are to provide development advice.
Derby "born and bred", Stephen began his career in commercial property in 1975 and has worked in Derby ever since. Following spells of 12 years (Board of Management) and 6 years (Area Director) at the Derby offices of two Midlands-wide commercial property consultancies, Stephen established Salloway Property Consultants in 1993. Heading the Company's Land and Development division, Stephen's main responsibilities are to provide development advice from conception to exit; strategic advice for maximising land sales revenues; and major property/portfolio disposals. In addition, Stephen provides Landlord and Tenant advice principally in the areas of rent reviews and lease renewals. Stephen is also involved in a number of public/private sector "inward investment" initiatives. A keen sportsman and supporter of all local teams, Stephen's real passion is to watch his sons play rugby and cricket.
