Stephen Safina

Stephen Safina is the Owner and Principal Broker of Three Point Real Estate. Stephen specializes in the sale and acquisition of investment real estate throughout the 5-Boroughs of New York City and Long Island for properties ranging in valuation from $1,000,000 - $25,000,000. Before establishing Three Point, Stephen was the Co-Founder and Principal Broker of Longbrook Real Estate. During his time at Longbrook, Stephen built and ran the company's investment sales platform, and managed operations for the business. Prior to Longbrook, Stephen spent 11 years at CPEX Real Estate where he was a Managing Director. Throughout his tenure, Stephen and his teams have focused on multi-family, mixed-use, retail, industrial, commercial, and development site sales ranging from single properties to portfolio's consisting of several hundred units. Safina has completed numerous transactions totaling an aggregate sales value in excess of $300,000,000. Stephen began his real estate investment sales career at Massey Knakal in their Brooklyn office in 2006. Stephen has vast experience working with individual, family-office, academic, not-for-profit, and institutional real estate owners. His years of completing typical and complex transactions have enabled him to gain tremendous knowledge of New York City's intricate housing programs and regulatory guidelines. Stephen is also committed to the communities in which he does business. These commitments are exemplified by his contributions to the 78th Precinct Youth Council where he coached baseball and football. Stephen was also honored as a King of Kings County for being a person of influence whose major achievements and participation in community activities throughout the years has made a positive and lasting impact on the borough of Brooklyn. Stephen is also a trustee to the board of directors at Horizons Brooklyn which is an after school and summer enrichment program that serves to advance educational equity. Stephen's passions outside of real estate and community work include triathlons, swimming, cycling, running, and staying active. Stephen has completed several marathons and Ironman triathlons and is an avid sports enthusiast. Safina is a graduate of Siena College and currently resides in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
