Stephen Paras

Stephen Paras joined AGW Partners in October 2024 as a Retail Leasing Associate. In his role, Mr. Paras conducts outbound prospecting to potential tenants for spaces across the AGW portfolio, as well as collaborates with the asset management team with respect to leasing strategies. Prior to joining AGW, Mr. Paras worked for 3 years at Wheels Up, a leading private aviation company. His positions included sales operations & business development. He started his professional career in advertising sales at NBC Sports in Boston.
